Rates

Prices are for the property per week.

Peak rate includes Easter, Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving.

Optional pool heating is available at a cost of £105 ($170) per week and can either be requested when booking or on arrival.

A cleaning charge of £75 ($120) is applicable on all bookings of 7 days or less.

Florida sales and tourist tax of 12% is applicable to all bookings.

Discounts may be available by negotiation on longer stays or late availability.

There is no specific changeover day and you will be able to get into the property any time after 4:00pm on the day of arrival. The property must however be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure. If these times are inconvenient we may be able to consider alternatives if the villa is not being prepared for other guests.

To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, our management company operate a meet and greet service to go through the property details and answer any questions you may have.
